More pancake mornings!

There is something about pancakes that just seems more special, right?

One morning my child told me that he wanted pancakes and I said, “I have never heard of Tuesday pancakes!” with a smile and we of course made pancakes. Now that I know how easy it is to make pancakes of any kind, we have pancakes at least once a week and every time it is exciting.

It is in these moments that life is really being had and celebration is allowed for the simple and perfect.
