The fight that few see

From the moment you take your first breath there is a war for your soul. It is very real and something that most people don’t feel comfortable talking about, but we are all in war…

If the enemy gets any hand on your life for any amount of time there is an even greater fight that takes place because no one likes to lose but the enemy especially doesn’t like to lose or to be made a fool of – after all that is his game. The fight becomes greater seemingly every day as you make the choice to step out of the darkness and into the light – now it is personal. This can literally be seen and felt in every aspect of your life, the enemy is a sorry loser and his goal is to make it seem like you have a great life knowing that your soul will be forever tormented in his kingdom.

The enemy lost and not only lost but lost to eternal damnation – he has no availability for salvation and that is what he was hoping to do with humanity but before that could happen God made sure to send the first out of the garden before eating of the tree of life with the current fate of the tree of knowledge. Time after time the enemy tempts and wins a lot but we still have the choice to be saved and thank God (!) salvation has come for us (Yeshua (aka Jesus the Christ, our messiah) means Yahweh’s Salvation) Christ is literally the only way to be saved from any foothold, any life we have had or are still having and any way to be free from the agony that can be experienced with our soul going down into hades…

Here is the truth that few talk about though…

When you choose Christ and become clean and new, you definitely go through lots changes and re-alignments aaannnnddd…. you are fighting and fighting and fighting to stand firm in this in order to experience better and better and better with the life He has for you. Yes, it can be a lot BUT we have been equipped and are led and just as Jesus has said, “Take heart for I have overcome the world.” While it might be annoying now, we should be more concerned with what will happen after we move beyond these body suits. Thankfully I used to be an endurance athlete and so I know how to hold on and keep my eyes on the prize and I have seen enough of the dark kingdom to know that everything is worth the effort to make sure that I am with Christ.

What are you fighting for lately that few know of? I would love to pray for you.
