Water Your Worth

Two hours prior I had started the process of attempting a new pattern for getting to bed with the idea that I would be able to get my child to sleep earlier and then give me some time with the Lord. It did not go as I had anticipated and was quite an ordeal but, baby still fell asleep and I was still able to get my time.

I sat in prayer and started crying, not unusual for me in prayer, but this time it was because I felt like I was just failing as a mom and don’t know how to do it best for us – overly sensitive due from the two hour process to get to bed but, still a concern. I started to notice that there were some unnecessary feelings and darkness to which I started to ask for it to be removed until I all of a sudden received a very definitive way. “I exercise my authority given to me by the King of Kings Yeshua and demand you to flee immediately.” And just as quickly as that new way of declaration was given to me the darkness disappeared and so did my tears. A light turned on in my mind and around as I accepted this greater awareness, connection and casting. I continued to speak the Truth binding and casting of all energies and entities that would have participated in my distractions and distrubance as a mom that day and then fell into great great appreciation able to pray for others with peace and protection.

I came out of that realizing that there is never instructions of exorcising in the Bible (at least from the handful of versions that I have looked into) and that this very dramatic way that has been made into an acceptance as what it means is actually only made up from a denomination and not Biblical at all. Jesus the Christ tells us, “those who believe: In my Name they will drive out demons… (Mark 16:17 NIV) “In my Name they shall cast out demons… (Mark 16:17 ASV) “In my Name shall they cast out devils… (Mark 16:17 KJV) – these are the typical variations applied in the Word – drive out/cast out. Yes, we have come to be familiar with this term exorcism but it was not actually used until 1539…

While lawyers practice law, we too are to exercise our right and authority that Christ gave to us. I have seen very well that Jesus is the Name above all names but the efficiency that took place last night when I actually spoke of exercising my authority that was given to me by Jesus was better than anything other time. This ties right back into us needing to be discerning and proper when it comes to how we take in the Knowledge from the Word and how we acknowledge things. As mentioned in previous posts there is a lot that has just been put in place as a thing that is but was put in place by a human and not at all Biblical and honestly when we are not careful in praying for Wisdom and practicing our discernment, that is when the devil gets footholds and is able to influence in ways that might have some of the pieces but doesn’t make the full picture. I know that a lot of this is hard to process fully and even difficult to get out publicly at times but, I have been unwrapping and de-programming a lot from my life and know that it is only Right to bring things to light for those that are either working into these things, already aware or ready to peel back some layers.

Nothing in the Word is random or for space filling and the more you come close to Him and take time in the Word you will also be brought into greater and greater awarenesses, connections and uses for who you are and how you are to add to God’s great creation. Truly no greater place to be and worth every bit of exercising to build up the endurance, strength and character that you were always meant to be. Hallelujah and God Bless!
