What is the first thing you do when you start the day?

Better yet… how many of you know about the “But first, coffee.” meme and fad that started back in 2010?

This “But first…” turned into a hit and brought furth a lot of creative opportunities for people to express the things they love and their personalities – “But first, coffee” for those who are coffee enthusiast or want others to know that they probably would do better interacting with if they had their coffee first, “But first, wine” you could call them wine-o’s but essentially those that like to make sure they have wine available, “But first, boobies” any breastfed baby wears this onesie or bib well, “But first….” fill in the blank with your own personality and expressive view on what is an essential to you. But… what about the one that thought of you first?

Matthew 6:33 states, “But seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”

As you might already know, I take the Word seriously and it means a great deal to me – so, this is not just a nice quote from Jesus but, literal definition on how we are to live. Knowing God as God and the ultimate in life giving and providing is everything and I have seen in my own life how when I take time to put Him first, He definitely moves and provides in ways that I never would have thought of and were so totally necessary and awesome.

Alright so what am I really getting at here?

Well, not only do I want to encourage you to shift your “but first…” routine in your days but also want to give you an opportunity to express this with your very own “But first… GOD” mug! Yes! I am so beyond grateful to have the opportunity to share not only how important God is (to me and us all) and to be able to work on some big ideas that have been put in my heart for others – all that I have been able to do is thanks to God in the ways He has truly set a proper transition space for us to be in order to make things and I trust He will direct these gift ideas, writings and speeches to the proper people in order to establish a space of our own for real 🙂 Hallelujah!
