So this is farewell

Well, I went ahead and set this site up to non-renew. I feel encouraged to completely set aside all other media outlets and be extra focused on everything the Lord presents to me.

I really enjoy blogging and having this space to write shares and revelations in between the tough stuff of mom’ing and memoir’ing but, with the annual renewal of the site coming up soon, I paused before renewing for some reason, and began to prayerfully ask the Father what He would like for me to do. “I did this!” “Look, Mom! I did this!” is almost every minute every day lately and it is things that you would never think would need to be told on but, it is seriously all about the details. So, my focus is being pulled into greater and greater connections both with my child’s needs to show me every little move and with the ever increasing desire to draw closer to God… I have come to see that every other thing is just a weed and taking away from necessary growth.

I believe we all reach points in pivotal times of life where there is a need to just go “radio silent” you could say in order to shift lanes and or make greater progress. When I first started to give away everything and let go of the life that I built in order to be in the life built by God, it was extremely important to totally disconnect, I didn’t even have phone service. I just couldn’t be distracted or talked out of what I just innately knew had to be done for real change. I have no idea or understanding on what is next but, I know that there is only One that I need to look to, obey and fear and that it is most important to seek Him, trust Him and submit all to Him and in His great Name’s sake will set me on the path He needs me to be on.

Media outlets are so easy these days and we get all caught up in the amount of views and making the “right” comments that it actually takes away from real life, real joy and real experiences. Now, I am not saying that the media outlets are bad but that they need to be managed and controlled properly. Around December, I stopped playing my little mind puzzle games on my phone and switched to dedicated concentrated scripture readings, I had already removed the instagram app and my facebook account was hacked a while back so that was gone and then about a month ago I removed the youtube app from my phone. “Remove the distractions…” is the direction I received in prayer one day last month and a few weeks later a pastor shared a motivational message with me that said, “distractions keep you from growth.” The current days find it to be the norm to allow for distractions and supposed “decompress time” but really and truly we are in a time when it so very important to know God, receive the grace and love of the Lord and to properly fellowship with Holy Spirit. He so truly desires for us to choose Him first and everything else set to the side…

All this to say… it seems this might be the last post here and that the site will be viewable for the next month. Maybe something will come of all these posts that will be of better service… only God knows what will be as I give it all to Him to orchestrate His perfect plans and viewing.

On a side or further note: It has been brought to my attention that the donation page at the bottom is not working properly for everyone and has even caused some temporary blocks on some people’s cards. I want to first say thank for thinking of me and wanting to contribute and secondly apologize as I sincerely have no idea how to make it work properly as every time I have looked into it, they tell me that everything is operational and that all these various ways are available. If you still feel called to share a funding blessing there is cashapp @ $wateryourworth which I believe is available all over and venmo @ellaviajacondios – every little bit is given to God in deep appreciation for the ways He makes sure all is taken care of. May God Bless you and Keep you now and always.

(Oh! and I will most likely be deactivating the accounts with instagram and threads as this fades as well – just a heads up for anyone that actually stays in touch in some form through those outlets. I love and appreciate you all :))
